Menopause - An Overview of Menopause

Menopause is the point of a woman’s lifetime at which the ovaries stop functioning and with it normal production of the ovarian hormones that assures both the development of the female body and governs the menstrual or period cycles.

Raw broccoli is counted as an excellent source. Consume a few nuts each day particularly almonds and adopt a low-fat dieting.
